Corrin Jenevas Blackswort was a public figure in Meric, renowned for his public speaking during the 1379 Election for Archbishop. Corrin was also a character of interest during the events of Inamorta's Last Order, where he later connected a plot for Medusa and her next moves, taking cues from the previous attack on Norchester that happened the same week.

Corrin serves his day in Meric at the town-hall, making sure to clear up information released by the citizens occupying the building during the discussion. One citizen even dared to yell out in a public facility, a crime well-known in the cities of the Order.
Once the service ended, Corrin continued to ponder and write in the town-hall, only leaving when the sun rose in the morning. He concluded that the only logical step for Medusa to make after the pattern of attacks on the Order would be to invade the city of Meric itself, bypassing the many forms of outer security and destroying the heart of the empire.
