The Incredible Mutt: Team Zero[]
Prologue: Biding Time[]
Evil was rising. Mutt had defeated the evil Cadenceky who mutated himself into Green Death, but Plac's father, Cross had gone missing while Wayne was in a coma during the aftermath of the battle. And now, someone lurked. A gorgon of power lurked. An evil force lurked.
Medusa lurked.
Wayne has now learned to control Mutt, and was on a mission with Plac to find the other 4 members of the fabled "Team Zero" that he saw in his vision as he destroyed Cadenceky. But time was running out for Plac's father. Tormented by the evil he faced, Cross would not survive much longer... unless Wayne assembles Team Zero and defeats the monster of chaos in time. Before all of Inamorta was destroyed.
Chapter 1: Evil Rising[]
"Bring the Prisoner to me," a hissing voice said in the shadows.
There was Cross, semi-conscious in the tattered, blood-stained remains of his once proud uniform.
"What do you want from me?" Cross said.
"I once had a vision. That one day I would be thwarted by a team with the leader of a green monster. I have heard about how you created Mutt. And now, to make sure he has bait, you will freeze!"
Cross looked up at the shadows hiding the creature that captured him. He fell back with a look of horror on his face as turned to stone, his last scream never to be heard as the dream dissolved around him.

I woke up with a start, covered in cold sweat. Had what he had just saw been real? A vision? A trick? Whatever it was, I was worried. 2 months had passed since Cross, my girlfriend Plac's father, went missing, and 1 month had passed since I recovered from my coma.
I had mixed feelings about Cross. He had mutated me into a monster with lethal blood and inhuman abilities, tried to kill me multiple times, and then captured and tricked me into saving the city. Sure, he did the right thing in the end, and he was Plac's father, but I still didn't know whether he could forgive him nor trust him.
Where are my manners! Let me introduce myself. Hi, I'm Wayne Unta, the semi-normal stickman and teacher at the Denlur Institue in the heart of Pertland, Inamorta. Approximately 4 months ago, I was mutated into the superhuman known as The Incredible Mutt by Cross. Eventually, I saved the city from another mutated monster known as the Green Death and my worst rival Cadenceky. Now, I'm a hero and lay low as I live my life out of my coma created during my battle with Green Death. Recently, I've been thinking a lot about how something sinister is lurking, and I need to stop it. Plac, due to the disease cured with my blood's genetic code in a cure, has also been given the ability to mutate into a superhuman, but nobody except me knows about this. If she was able to do this, I have a feeling that more people may need to find a way to help me stop this monster within the desert tomb.
Getting out of bed, I decided to go see Plac about this. She deserved to know what I had seen about her father, even though I knew what would happen. You see, Plac is quite stubborn and she has a loyal and kind heart. With that trait though, I knew in my gut that she was going to try and rescue her father despite my warnings.
Even though Plac was strong, she couldn't face that... Gorgon, was it? I thought those creatures were a myth, a mystical creature from the Chaos Wars. She hadn't had enough experience or training, and to be honest, I was frankly not qualified either. I'd barely defeated Green Death, so could really face a creature with the power to turn me to stone? I don't think so. I made my way down the stairs and opened my door to be greeted by the low hum of Pertland just waking, sun rising in the distance. Cheer was through the air, and I smiled sadly. Tragedy would befall this city at some point as long as they allowed me to stay. Was I dangerous? Yes. Was I powerful? Yes. But was I good? I still ask myself that question everyday.
